HOY TO BUY
1. search and select the product
To find the product you're looking for, you have several options:
- Access through the banners of each collection found on the homepage.
- Access through the "New Order" button found at the top of the page. There you can filter by catalogs, collections, and product type.
When you find the product you want to buy, select the quantity you need and click on the "Add to Cart" button. The products you've added to the cart will change color and be marked in purple. This way, you can quickly see what you've already included in your cart.
If you want to view the product in more detail, go into its profile. You'll be able to choose the color (if more than one is available), the current stock, learn the details, and see the final price.
2. SHOPPING CART
In the top right corner of the page, you'll be able to see all selected items you're interested in purchasing, the total amount of your order, and the final shipping costs.
Remember that for orders under €100, shipping costs of €4.95 (VAT included) apply.
At this point, you can take two actions:
- Click on "Cart" to view the final shopping cart. It will display the price of each product in detail, the quantity, and the total amount. If you're satisfied, you can proceed to the "checkout process".
Alternatively,
- Click on "Proceed to Checkout" to be directed straight to the "checkout process".
If you wish to save the order to resume later, you can save it to your account and come back to it later. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order. You can check your order history under "My Orders".
3. CHECKOUT PROCESS
During the purchase process, you'll need to provide:
- Your personal details
- The delivery address associated with your account. If you need to make any changes, please contact us via email at b2b@clientes.joumma.com
- The shipping method. You can choose the delivery date for receiving the goods.
- The payment method. You can find more information about payment methods here
We recommend reviewing the summary of your purchase.
The available payment methods are:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- Customer conditions
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with all the relevant information, including your details and the purchased products.
Furthermore, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive another email notification.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive its tracking number to check its status at any time.
The delivery time of the order should consider the time of receipt.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the first available business day.
